Message from the President and Future Plans

First Step To Know Jesus

 

“Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these'” Matthew 19:14

First Step To Know Jesus is a project that President Herminio Ong has been engaged for a long time. The objective of this project is to "Teach the children how to love as defined by God's word, in word and in deed". 

On December 21, 2022, the Rotary E-Club of Navotas held their First Step To Know Jesus project at Block1 Purok 6 Hernandez St. Catmon, Malabon. Headed by President Herminio Ong, the group gathered 50 children from Catmon to provide them Christian Coloring Book and Gifts.

Everyone had a great time as activity the coincides with the Christmas season. The kids also turned it into a Christmas party event where they spent time playing games and getting presents. 

The kids were happy and thankful to received coloring books, crayons, and snacks and gift prizes.

Join us as we do a lot of this again soon; it was a gratifying and enjoyable event that is just the beginning.

Governor's Visit and Induction Ceremony 2022

The newly elected officers of Rotary E-Club of Navotas headed by President Herminio Ong sworn in position last December 11, 2022 at the Araneta Square Mall, Monumento Caloocan City. 

District Governor Bobby Tanyag, Assistant Governor Melissa Santiago, Senior Assistant Governor Rostico Morales and District Officers conducted the oath taking via hybrid ceremony. 

The program was called to order by President Herminio Ong, followed by the invocation given by Rtn. Mary Jane Maranan and opening remarks by President Herminio Ong. 

Hosted by Honorary member Ms. Jane Santos, she introduced the Rotary E-Club Officers of Navotas. 

District Governor Bobby Tanyag, also introduced his Rotary officers.

Club President Report was presented by Pres. Herminio Ong.

The second part of the program is the Charging of the officers headed by Assistant Governor Melissa Santiago

President Herminio Ong administered the Oath of Membership.

The Oath Taking of Officers was headed by Senior Assistant Governor Rostico Morales.
